At Angie’s Aromatic Scents, we strive to provide high-quality fragrances and beauty products that our customers love. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened fragrances
  • Used beauty products
  • Sample sizes
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered for return approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Angie’s Aromatic Scents.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
