Thank you for shopping with Angie’s Aromatic Scents. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Angie’s Aromatic Scents is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Angie’s Aromatic Scents is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim when applicable.
